Everything was great, spotlessly clean hotel, marvellous and comfy location close to many excellent restaurant options. We got a room with a bathtub. Location: the venue was so close to Close to shopping attractions as well as museums.
Their staff were very unprofessional.

Air conditioners serviced which was reported and the manager said he would see that it got done and he was glad that I let him know.
